District Grants are Rotary Foundation-funded grants that support short-term, local or international projects aligned with Rotary's mission. They are managed at the district level, offering clubs the flexibility to address community needs.
District 3292 encourages clubs to develop community-based projects that address real needs—such as education, health, sanitation, and economic development. Clubs must fulfil certain requirements, including signing the District Grant Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), attending District grant management training, and submitting timely reports.
The grant process is managed by the District Grants Subcommittee, which reviews applications, monitors progress, and ensures transparency in fund utilisation. Grant applications are typically invited early in the Rotary year through the district portal or official communication channels.
These grants empower clubs across Nepal and Bhutan to make meaningful contributions to society while strengthening Rotary’s presence and impact at the grassroots level.
